I thought it was kind of humorous to read all your posts about the DOS attacks. But please dont keep lying to these people....and especially all 15 of your customers..lol.

Here is the challenge.....you said in one of your posts..."that the sportsbooks that have been previously attacked...only solved the problem by......"paying the hackers....or buying a bigger pipe" I will wager with you....the 20k that you are completely wrong....not only did some of the books not pay.....they actually fixed it in less than a day....without a "bigger pipe"

So....put your money where your mouth is......if all the books apid off or bought bigger pipes to fix the problem....I will give you 20k....if not...you give me 20k....of which I will donate to charity......I am sue Shrink could hold the post up money!

Mods,
Ban this clown. Yesterday he went on an on about how Bluegrass wouldn't take his bet with out an account id - duh, no shit. Then he said that BG was unethical for using cookies like 95% of other websites that maintain sessions - since HTTP is a stateless protocol.

Now he's calling out BHB.

Me thinks that this clown will do NOTHING BUT BITCH and CRY.

Show this monkey this the door mods.

wanna ban me....go ahead....but that has to be the funniest thing ever. Didn't bitch about them NOT TAKING A BET WITHOUT ACCOUNT #...bitch about not giving me a line...without having my account #

By the way you ignorant fool.....cookies are used for many reasons....like to know what user is logging on....and to deal a seperate line.....also if you phone in a wager to most wise booking operations...and you give them your accont #....a little red screen pops up ....and your betting profile is sitting right there in front of the clerk....so if you consistantly bet a certain way....they kn it...and can adjust accordingly.....but heck what do I know.... I am a clown....lol

Fool? Actually, like I explained to you earlier when you need to have a "session" with a web application there are TWO ways to do this. This first way, and most common, and most robust, and easiest, is to use cookies. They can either be permanent or session cookies.
Cookies can only be accessed by the domain that set them, thus making them fairly secure.

The second way is to embed a unique "session id" into your URL. Using solid ecryption this can be very secure also.

The point is that, once again, you are WRONG. Cookies are NOT needed to dual line a person. This could just as easily be done by authenticating a user and using the embedded session id in the URL. Of course, the user will need to be known to dual, but cookie DO NOT do this in themselves.

"also if you phone in a wager to most wise booking operations...and you give them your accont #....a little red screen pops up ....and your betting profile is sitting right there in front of the clerk....so if you consistantly bet a certain way....they kn it...and can adjust accordingly.....but heck what do I know.... I am a clown....lol
I'm not familiar with the little red screen, but it certainly makes sense.

If your gripe is about dual lines, then keep it at that, but do not make up technically bs to support your argument. It's misleading and false.

Of course, a site could set a cookie and seemlessly log you in, or sever you different lines based on your cookie data - and may be giving you the impression that the cookie does this when in fact it is the software on the web server (ie Bodog). But this still isnt' the fault of the cookie. Cookies themselves are very useful component.

I wouldlike BHB to fix it...too...they seem very slow in doing so with the DOS attacks (or so they claim). Most books fixed the problem within a couple days... BHB is going for the 2 weeks...

It's rather simple here. You can show some support and wish them the best through this or you can request your monies and move on.

Easy decisions to be made, but to continue and blast them is very unprofessional & uncalled for.

Good luck

Lander....I give! I am not that technical....but I did stay in a holiday express last night.

All I am saying....I play at many many sites.....never before have I had to set my browser to accept ALL cookies...like it is required by BG......and I really dont want my security for cookies set so low.......that after I leave BG I have to go back in and reset my settings.....see its not BG I am so much woried about....or dual lines that bother me....like I said...BLUEGRASS IS A GREAT OUT! What bothers me is this......when I leave BG...and my cookies are set to accept all cookies.....I can't feel compfortable how many POS websites are out there//trying to put stuff on your computer through cookies.

Ok..enough tech talk..lol

General...give us a break.....no bash was intended.....just tired of the lame excuse....heck I dont even play there..lol

Like I have said before....be acountable for what you post....and he posted that all books either paid or bought bigger pipes....simply not accurate!

Want support....here it is.....I can have his site fixed ASAP...it wouold cost him 50k.....that should be nothing for him to pay,....if his business is as good as he claims.

General...please dont get into a pissing match with me......I dont post lies...I dont post rumours.....I dont want to pick a fight.....I just want what everyone wants out of this place......to be able to read honest information!

Sponge, I do not look to pick forum fights. A conflict of interest as im supposed to be preventing them LOL.

Nothing personal Sponge. Just really sad to see BHB go thru this problem and get insulted on the forum as well.

Have a good one.
